Born and raised in Miami Beach, Melvys is a Cuban bilingual, multi-genre, multi-instrumentalist, performer, composer, arranger, and instructor of her four fluent instruments: Voice, Guitar, Piano, and Ukulele.  Comfortable with a little bit of everything, her main genres are an eclectic mix of Pop, RnB/Soul, Jazz, Latin and more.

Lucas Netto

Thursday December 18th

 Lucas Netto  captivates many with his respect to the classics of jazz while infusing their his influence and voice with new touches and original compositions. Lucas is a Tenor Saxophonist and Clarinetist pushing to propel music to new heights through his daring yet sensitive musical spirit. While focusing on his own compositional voice, he draws inspiration for the great pioneers like John Coltrane, Joe Henderson, Sonny Rollins as well as newer voices such as Walter Smith iii and Marquis Hill. Lucas recently performed at the Vail Jazz Festival in Colorado and Carnegie Hall in New York City. He is inspired by all forms of music including Indian Classical music, hip hop, Afro-Cuban, Western Classical, Brazilian, and more.

Fernando Fuenmayor

Born in Venezuela, Fernando is a multi instrumentalist, and Vocalist with styles ranging from jazz Latin and pop. In 2020 Fernando earned a Latin Grammy Nomination for his contributions to the Progressive Venezuelan Folk group “Compasses”   Saxophonist and Flutist in the category of Best Instrumental Album title “Sotavento”.

Mikaëlle Aimée

Mikaëlle Aimée is a Haitian-American singer-songwriter based in Brooklyn, New York. She sings and plays guitar; performing Jazz, Folk, Soul, and a variety of Haitian musical styles.   Her musical pursuits have taken her throughout the 5 Boroughs, to New Jersey, Philadelphia, Connecticut, Miami and Atlanta. Her international performances include Spain, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic.  In 2025, she created “Soirée Sérénade”, a compilation of Haitian traditional and folk music, french chansonettes, jazz and bossa nova. It serves as a representation of what would be popular on the radio when she was a child. The purpose of this show is to unite Haitians with a voyage through time, a bit of nostalgia for the exiled.
